Train
Italian trains are cheap, efficient and go where you need them to.

For Casa Fiore the train service runs from Pisa airport to Altopascio (or Pescia), 10 minutes drive to the casa, and thence to Florence.

Similarly, for Bucciano, by another line to San Miniato Basso which is 15 minutes from Bucciano. From here you can take half hourly trains to the centre of Florence.

Tuscany is generally some 10 degrees C warmer than UK
