Casa Lucia

Bucciano near San Miniato

Romantic times in a hilltop haven in Tuscany

Bucciano is a little hilltop village near San Minato. The settlement dates from Etruscan times. The village buildings lie over the remains of a small castle and were constructed around the 16th century. They were the village houses of the villa and its former farmsteads. The borgo looks over countryside all around. Casa Lucia is part of the old school house.
